Return policy

At Hdtexturehair we value our customers and strive to offer high-quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. 

Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

We have a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, you must first contact us via email or WhatsApp. If your return is accepted, we will agree on the shipping method and provide you with the address to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return through the channels mentioned above will not be accepted.

 You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

 Problems and Damages.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the issue.

 Exchanges.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

 Non-refundable items.

The following items are non-refundable:  Hair extensions, wigs, and other items that have been worn or altered in any way. Products without a proper receipt. Late or delayed delivery due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Allergic reactions or sensitivities to hair extensions or wigs.

 

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
