Return policy
At Hdtexturehair we value our customers and strive to provide them with high quality products. However, we understand that there may be cases where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
We have a 30 day return policy , this means you have 30 days after receiving your item, to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return you must first contact us at info@hdtexturehair.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Problems and Damage
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
